Photovoltaic DC small circuit breakers are used for photovoltaic power distribution, and the role of DC small circuit breakers is particularly prominent. So how can we use DC circuit breakers safely when using them?
1. After the DC small circuit breaker circuit is connected, check whether the wiring is correct. You can check it through the test button. If the circuit breaker can be disconnected correctly, it means that the leakage protector is installed correctly, otherwise you should check the circuit and troubleshoot.
2. After the circuit breaker is disconnected due to a short circuit, the contacts need to be checked. If the main contacts are severely burned or have pits, they need to be repaired; the four-pole leakage circuit breaker (such as DZ47LE, TX47LE) must be connected to the neutral line to ensure the normal operation of the electronic circuit;
3. After the leakage circuit breaker is put into operation, the user should check whether the circuit breaker is operating normally after a period of time through the test button; the leakage, overload and short circuit protection characteristics of the circuit breaker are set by the manufacturer and cannot be adjusted at will to avoid affecting the performance;
4. The function of the test button is to check the operating status of the circuit breaker in the state of closing and powering on after the circuit breaker is newly installed or has been in operation for a certain period of time. Press the test button, the circuit breaker can be disconnected, indicating that the operation is normal and can continue to be used; if the circuit breaker cannot be disconnected, it means that the circuit breaker or the line is faulty and needs to be repaired;
5. If the circuit breaker is disconnected due to a fault in the protected circuit, the operating handle is in the tripping position. After finding out the cause and eliminating the fault, the operating handle should be pulled down first to make the operating mechanism "re-clicked" before the closing operation can be performed;
6. The load wiring of the leakage circuit breaker must pass through the load end of the circuit breaker. It is not allowed for any phase line or neutral line of the load to not pass through the leakage circuit breaker, otherwise artificial "leakage" will occur and cause the circuit breaker to fail to close, resulting in "false operation".
